Peruvian Aji Verde Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 2 jalapeƱos stemmed and seeded
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup Cotija cheese or Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes

  • For extra heat, leave jalapeƱo seeds in.
  • Store in fridge up to 5 days.
