bunch fresh cilantro

jalapeƱos
stemmed and seeded

garlic

lime juice

mayonnaise

olive oil

Optional: 1/4 cup Cotija cheese or Greek yogurt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes
For extra heat, leave jalapeƱo seeds in.
Store in fridge up to 5 days.
